It doesn't really matter, but I guess it will mean less thinking on my part if the units are different colours on the minimap.

yeah the other fighter game was called flash fighter, this is FS Fighter 2, and i dont think i have made FS Fighter 1, thus the incorrect version.

The aim of FS Fighter 2 is to destroy as many of the enemy ships as you can without losing all of your ships.
You get points for hitting enemy ships with your lasers as well as destroying the ship.
To select a unit Left Click on it, or alternatively to select a group of units click and hold the left mouse button down and drag a box around the units you wish to select
Once you have selected your units you can make them move by right clicking the desired destination on the screen. Alternatively you can right click on the mini-map to move you units to the corresponding space location
By holding down shift you can stack up to 10 waypoints for you units to follow.
To move the camera around, you can simply move the Mouse to the boarders of the screen. This will scroll the camera in that direction. Alternatively you can use the arrow keys to move the camera, LEFT, RIGHT, UP and DOWN
To move the camera to a specific Part on the map simply click the location on the mini-map.
There are two methods of making selected units fire. You can either press and hold the space button, or the middle mouse button.
The Mini-map is located in the bottom left corner of the screen, green blips on the mini-map are friendly units while red blips are enemy units.
To the right of the mini-map is the formation button. By clicking on the formation button you change the current formation.
There are 4 formations
V formation – Standard Attack formation
Vertical Line Formation – This formation is for Straight line attacking and is can be used to kill enemy targets very quickly. Units are weak to a side attack.
Horizontal line Formation – Useful for spreading fire in an area and hitting a lot of targets. Good Defensive Formation.
Star Formation – It is the best offensive and defensive formation- Fire is in a concentrated area while fighters are staggered for defense

| Ok this is really crap on my behalf, on the mini map in your game you will notice that all objects are a strange purple colour. They are actually meant to be other colours ( red for enemy, green for friendly )
I haven't noticed this error as i have a source code build. So big stuff up on my behalf, it has been fixed in the latest download, - but if you don't care then don't worry. - furgle

| This is the first and possible final version of the game , enjoy it.
There are two screen resolutions 1024x768 and 1280x1024, pick the largest your monitor supports. Both are 15mb download, so it should only take a few seconds to download on high speed broadband. Record your high scores in the side bar as i have no means (at the moment) to log them officially. - furgle
